We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to fill the role of
R&D MANAGER
The successful candidate will lead a small but dedicated research team in creating innovative new products and continually improving on the successful existing product portfolio. They will have a highly influential role integral to the companies plan for market growth in the global energy market.
This position provides an opportunity for exciting, autonomous engineering with the opportunity to exploit new material concepts and showcase engineering innovation.
The ideal candidate will hold a recognized engineering qualification; preferably have oil industry experience and a strong track record in an engineering environment with a solid knowledge of FEA. The candidate must also possess excellent communication skills, good commercial awareness and the breadth of experience to lead and motivate a team.

Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to fill the role of
RUBBER TECHNOLOGIST
The role will provide support to the Head of Rubber Technology and will involve rubber compound development and testing under strict methodology in accordance to BS & ASTM specification to provide accurate test results. Additionally, you will have an involvement in project management, contract reviews and maintaining the test laboratory environment in accordance with ISO9001:2008 standard. It is also an exciting opportunity to work with our international customers.
This opportunity would suit qualified graduates in rubber technology/materials engineering or candidates with relevant industry experience, preferably in a production environment. Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to work are essential as are good communication skills.

RUBBER MOULDERS
We are seeking to recruit highly motivated, conscientious people to work in our busy rubber moulding production units. Core duties include the production & inspection of high quality rubber moulded components. Attention to detail is crucial to the success of our business therefore you should have the ability to produce work of a high standard, understand & follow process procedures to achieve targets whilst working in a methodical and well ordered manner. Full training will be provided. Starting salary £7.25 per hr (includes shift allowance).
