Rubberatkins took note of various customer concerns relating to the reliability of existing SWAB cups in circulation.
Rubberatkins decided to address these problems and to develop a cup which would reliably hold High Pressure at High Temperature. A 12 month testing programme developed the Rubberatkins HPHT “wonder” Swab cup.
Using our in-house skills in the design and development of elastomers, the ultimate cup was born.
To date, our testing has been unable to destroy it!

Rubberatkins HPHT Swab Cups are developed to provide maximum durability and sealability in the toughest of oilfield conditions. The Cups perform in an exceptional manner in varying well conditions.
Rubberatkins expertise is in the development of compounds and products for demanding applications and also where complicated dynamic design applications are required.
The special Design and rubber compounds from which the Cups are manufactured resist the high temperatures and pressures found in many wells today.
